CLINICAL-FUNCTIONAL CHANGES AFTER DENTAL IMPLANTATION IN PROPERTY TISSUES AND METHODS OF CORRECTION
With the developing implantology. patients increasingly refuse to use removable dentures, preferring fixed dentures with the miplants support. Slowing down of postoperative tissue healing or developing of complications delays and complicates subsequent prosthetic treatment. Based on the analysis of literature data, it can be argued that the pathogenesis of early and late complications after dental implantation is a violation of hemodynamics in the tissues surrounding the implant. In this regard, in recent years, much attention has been paid to physical factors that have anti-inflammatory’, antibacterial, regenerative and immunomodulatory effects.

Summary: Trigeminal neuralgia is defined as a syndrome characterized by sudden, short-term, intense, recurring pain in the area of one or more branches of the trigeminal nerve, usually on one side of the face. Pharmacological therapy has remained the first line of treatment for trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Among surgical treatments, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is one of the most common treatments for TN. Two radio frequency symbols are commonly used: continuous radio frequency ablation and pulsed radio frequency ablation. In this article, we discuss treatment indications, surgical methods and complications of each treatment strategy.

CLINICAL AND BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ORAL CAVITY IN CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL CLEFT LIP AND PALATE BEFORE AND AFTER URANOPLASTY
Treatment of children with CCLP is one of the most difficult tasks of modern reconstructive surgery of the maxillofacial area. The problem lies not only in the correction of the anatomical defect, but also in the full restoration of the function of the structures of the palatopharyngeal region. Microbiocenosis of the oral сал4-ty is an important indicator of the functional and metabolic activity of the tissues of the oral cavity. The results of microbiological studies showed that in children with CCLP before surgery, a significant shift in the qualitative composition of micro-flora towards pathogenic species was revealed, as well as quantitative changes in the normal stabilizing microflora of the oral cavity.

SOVREMENNYE METHODS OF DIAGNOSIS OF HERPES PAIN RTA U BEREMENNYX
In this way. despite some successes in studying the etiology and pathogenesis of herpetic infection in the oral cavity, information in pregnant women udth herpetic stomatitis is scarce. In this regard, research on this issue is relevant. The effectiveness of herpes simplex therapy depends both on the effectiveness of the specific antiviral drugs used and on the final immunocorrective effect, which, on the one hand, necessitated the study of the immune status of patients suffering from this disease, and on the other, the development of vari-ous combination treatment regimens using -various specific antiviral drugs and immunomodulators, and the inclusion of physiotherapeutic methods is considered the safest in this period.

IMAGING METHODS IN STAGING SINONASAL CANCER
Siiionasal tumors (tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses) are rare and make up 3% (according to some reports up to 6%) of all tumors of the head and neck. Malignant tumors in this anatomical region are more common than benign. Complex anatomy makes it difficult to diagnose tumors of a given location.
