CHOICE OF SURGICAL TACTICS IN COMBINATION OF BONE ATROPHY TISSUE OF THE UPPER JAW AND CYSTS OF THE MAXILLARY SINUS
If cysts are found in the maxillary sinus in a patient with bone insufficiency in the area of chewing teeth, before performing sinus-lifting surgery, the patient should undergo a cystectomy operation under the supervision of an ENT doctor. In this case, the patient will undergo two long-term operations, while it makes sense to consider performing these two operations simultaneously. Cystectomy surgery is more often performed under general anesthesia by an endonasal ENT doctor. We propose to cany out a sinus lift and a cystectomy at the same time under local anesthesia

IN ORTHOPEDIC DENTISTRY MODERN PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF HYPERESTHESIS
Based on the analysis of special literature, modem methods of prevention and treatment of postoperative dental hyperesthesia were studied. Modem methods of preventing hyperesthesia after preparation are aimed at maintaining the viability and activity of the tooth pulp, while grinding teeth should be earned out in conditions protected from external influences. The use of artificially synthesized hydroxyappatite, modem desensitizers, electrophoresis 30%, silver nitrate solution, 1% sodium fluoride solution, potassium nitrate, low-intensity laser is effective in modem prevention and treatment of sensitivity after grinding. Taking into account the safety zones on the teeth is an important factor in preventing hypersensitivity after tooth preparation. Our research on this topic confinns that the above approaches prevent damage to the pulp tissues of the tooth. The use of the above methods of prevention prevents injury to the pulp of healthy teeth, which significantly reduces complications in dental prosthetics.
