Abstract

Half of the patients undergo various kinds of interventions without morphological examination: tooth extraction, maxillary sinus puncture regarding the alleged 'maxillary' sinusitis”, conchotomy and sinusotomy. The results after treatment of patients with soft tissue and epithelial tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are continuously connected to the early diagnosis of the disease. At the same time, the vast majority of patients (about 90%) go to treatment with common, advanced forms of tumors corresponding to stages III or IV.
