Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the features of the comorbid course of ischemic diseases of the organ of vision and chronic disorders of cerebral circulation in atherosclerosis. The material for this study was the results of complex examinations of 42 patients (84 eyes) with ischemic diseases of the organ of vision in combination with chronic brain ischemia. Important in the development chronic brain ischemia and progression of ischemic diseases of the organ of vision holds the consistency of collateral circulation. So. good consistency of collateral hemodynamics eliminates ischemia of brain and eyes tissue, and suffer less visual function.
