ΟBENEFITS OF THE COURSE OF MNGΟΟΟΟRMNΟY EXSUDATIVE RYTHEMA, ASSOCIATED WITH HERPES VIRUS INFECTION
To study the peculiarities of the course of multiforme exudative erythema associated with herpes viral infection. Material and methods: 28 patients with herpes-associated exudative erythema multiforme (GAMEE) (16 men and 12 women) aged 25 to 50 years were examined. All patients have a history of recurrent forms of herpes. Relapse of MEE in the majority of patients was associated with the activation of herpes virus infection on the skin or mucous membranes. Results: Lesions of the oral cavity are quite characteristic and appear in the form of rapidly bursting vesicles and blisters, forming indistinct erosion and hemorrhagic lesions of the lips. The favorite localization of the rash was the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and genitals, the red border of the lips (often along with herpes sores), the face, the extensor surfaces of the forearms, the legs, the thighs, the back of the genitals, and the back of the forelegs. Conclusions: Periods of exacerbation of GAMEE coincide with episodes of activation of labial and genital herpes. In patients with frequent and prolonged relapses, an increase in the level of immunoglobulin G to the herpes simplex virus is found 3-4.5 times.

THE STATE OF HUMORAL IMMUNE RESPONSE TO HERPESVIRUSES IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RECURRENT APHTHOUS STOMATITIS OF VARYING SEVERITY
To assess the effect of herpesvirus infection on the development and severity of the clinical course of recunent aphthous stomatitis of the oral cavity. Material and methods: The study included patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis aged 18 to 60 years, including 63 men and 80 women. The control group consisted of 46 apparently healthy individuals without chronic diseases and acutepathology at the time of examination. Results: A high clinical significance of the detection of “persistent” and “reactivated” variants of the course of herpesvirus infection in the development of chronic recunent aphthous stomatitis was established: “persistent” course was observed in 48.95% of the examined (13.04% in the comparison group), “reactivated” - respectively 23.08 and 8.69%.Conclusions: The severity of the clinical course of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis is associated with an increase in the frequency of detection of specific antibodies of the IgG and IgM classes in herpesvinis infection.

SOVREMENNYE METHODS OF DIAGNOSIS OF HERPES PAIN RTA U BEREMENNYX
In this way. despite some successes in studying the etiology and pathogenesis of herpetic infection in the oral cavity, information in pregnant women udth herpetic stomatitis is scarce. In this regard, research on this issue is relevant. The effectiveness of herpes simplex therapy depends both on the effectiveness of the specific antiviral drugs used and on the final immunocorrective effect, which, on the one hand, necessitated the study of the immune status of patients suffering from this disease, and on the other, the development of vari-ous combination treatment regimens using -various specific antiviral drugs and immunomodulators, and the inclusion of physiotherapeutic methods is considered the safest in this period.
