COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CYTOGENETIC CHANGES IN BUCCALE EPITHELIUM CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH A SCARFING FORM OF CHRONIC RECURRENT APHTHOSIS STOMATITIS WITH VARIOUS HEREDITARY CONTRIBUTION
A comparative assessment of the cytogenetic changes of buccal epithelial cells in patients in 143 patients with RAS with a scarring form of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis with various hereditary’ burdens was given. Data are compared with 40 healthy patients of comparable gender and age. The results indicate that in patients with hereditary burden, higher cytogenetic disorders of buccal epithelium were detected, which reflects a decrease in the protective properties of the body and oral mucosa against the background of many homeostatic shifts caused by hereditary pathology’.

THE STATE OF HUMORAL IMMUNE RESPONSE TO HERPESVIRUSES IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RECURRENT APHTHOUS STOMATITIS OF VARYING SEVERITY
To assess the effect of herpesvirus infection on the development and severity of the clinical course of recunent aphthous stomatitis of the oral cavity. Material and methods: The study included patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis aged 18 to 60 years, including 63 men and 80 women. The control group consisted of 46 apparently healthy individuals without chronic diseases and acutepathology at the time of examination. Results: A high clinical significance of the detection of “persistent” and “reactivated” variants of the course of herpesvirus infection in the development of chronic recunent aphthous stomatitis was established: “persistent” course was observed in 48.95% of the examined (13.04% in the comparison group), “reactivated” - respectively 23.08 and 8.69%.Conclusions: The severity of the clinical course of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis is associated with an increase in the frequency of detection of specific antibodies of the IgG and IgM classes in herpesvinis infection.

SPECIES AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF THE ROOT CANAL MICROFLORA IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS
The determination of species and quantitative composition microflora of the root canals in chronic apical periodontitis. 120 patients were exammed with clinically and radiological confirmed diagnosis of chronic apical periodontitis of teeth. It has been established that the special environmental conditions of the root canal stimulate selective growth and persistence of anaerobic bacteria while longer infection of the root canal leads to the prevalence of bacteria in such ecosystems as pears parodontopathogenic . fusobacteria. as well as peptostreptococcus (up to 90% composition assosiations).

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF COVID-19 IN THE ORAL CAVITY
The involvement of the dentist is important not only in preventing the transmission of COVID-19, but also in the early recognition and treatment of patients. Studies of large populations of COVID-19 patients are needed to document all of the oral manifestations associated with COVID-19. Detailing the signs and symptoms of a disease is critical for early detection, timely treatment, and therefore a better prognosis.
